Job summary

Enerflex Ltd. is seeking a Sr. Field Service Technician to perform maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, and commissioning of gas compression packages in the field.

The role requires leading and training junior technicians, diagnosing complex engine and compressor failures, and installing new equipment with minimal supervision. Ideal candidates hold CAT/WAUKESHA certifications, have 10+ years in the field, and are prepared to work in demanding environments, including on-call rotations and travel

Qualifications

• GED or high school diploma; technical training preferred.
• 10+ years field service experience in related HVAC/gas compressor environment.
• CAT/WAUKESHA certifications required (CAT Gas I/II, CAT Electrical, Waukesha, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Lead and train junior Field Technicians.
• Diagnose engine and compressor failures independently.
• Install, commission, and start-up new units in the field.
• Perform advanced engine tuning for OEMs and repair units under supervision.
• Ensure health, safety and environmental policies are followed.
