Job summary

Enerflex Ltd is seeking a Senior Field Service Rotator to perform advanced maintenance on gas compression packages, including troubleshooting, installation and commissioning in the field. The role requires leadership, training of junior technicians, and the ability to work independently in challenging environments.

Applicants should have 10+ years of relevant experience, certifications for CAT/Waukesha products, and be legally eligible to work in the United States.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED plus advanced vocational/technical training.
• 10+ years of applicable field service experience.
• Proof of certification from CAT/Waukesha or equivalent for listed models.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, installation and commissioning on gas compressor packages.
• Lead, train and mentor junior field technicians.
• Develop and execute field service plans in collaboration with supervision.
• Respond to emergencies and perform on-site repairs as needed.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and environmental policies.
