Job summary

Enerflex Ltd. is seeking a Sr. Field Service Technician to perform maintenance, troubleshooting, installation, and commissioning of gas compression packages in the field.

You will lead others, diagnose engine and compressor failures, and ensure safety and quality in challenging environments. This role requires a GED or high school diploma with advanced vocational training, 10+ years of experience, and multiple OEM certifications (CAT/Waukesha).

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with advanced vocational/technical training.
• 10+ years of applicable field service experience.
• Proof of CAT/Waukesha certifications as listed.

Responsibilities

• Lead field activities and train junior technicians.
• Diagnose engine and compressor failures and perform field repairs.
• Install, commission, and start-up new units under minimal supervision.
• Provide accurate field reports and assist with job planning.
• Respond to emergencies and perform on-call repairs.
• Ensure safety and environmental rules are followed at all sites.
