Eaton is seeking a Senior Field Service Representative to service electrical switchgear in the Houston area. The role entails installation, testing, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair at industrial, commercial, and critical sites, with a company vehicle and guaranteed 40-hour week.

Travel is required within the district; candidates must reside within 50 miles of the work location and hold a valid driver's license with a clean record.

Formación

• Three years minimum experience testing, troubleshooting, evaluating, and servicing electrical distribution or control systems.
• Experience with electrical switchgear and related equipment.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship; relocation not offered.
• Must maintain a valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Responsabilidades

• Support customers across the power system lifecycle from startup to repairs.
• Lead small projects and supervise FSR teams on larger engagements.
• Prepare timely service reports on work performed, outcomes, and warranties.
• Recommend improvements to electrical systems and equipment.
• Build strong customer relationships and mentor junior technicians.
• Utilize digital tools for remote work and field data collection.
