Job summary

Eaton's ES AMER ESS division seeks a Lead Field Service Representative to support customers across multiple Texas locations with field service for power distribution equipment. The role includes travel across assigned districts and the benefit of a company vehicle.

The position demands extensive testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting expertise, plus the ability to mentor junior technicians and manage projects across sites.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or higher with 5+ years of field service in protective relay testing and commissioning.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.
• No relocation offered; reside within 50 miles of work location; travel required.
• Must have a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Support customers across the power system lifecycle: startup, commissioning, maintenance, testing, troubleshooting and upgrades; identify sales opportunities.
• Provide 24/7 on-call field service and technical support for electrical power distribution equipment.
• Develop and mentor less experienced technicians; manage multiple projects independently.
