Job summary

Eaton is hiring a Senior Field Service Representative based in Toledo, OH to support customers across OH and MI. This travel-based role involves installing, testing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing electrical switchgear at industrial sites.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or higher with 3+ years testing and servicing electrical systems, or trade school with 7+ years experience.
• Must have a valid US driver’s license.
• No relocation offered; candidates within 50-mile radius considered.
• Ability to work variable hours, including nights and weekends; travel within district/state/region/country.
• Must be able to drive an Eaton vehicle and comply with DOT if required.

Responsibilities

• Support customers across the power system lifecycle: startup, commissioning, maintenance, testing, troubleshooting, upgrades, and emergencies.
• Manage small projects independently and lead FSR teams on larger projects.
• Generate timely and accurate service reports on work, product performance, and warranties.
• Provide recommendations for improved electrical systems.
• Cultivate strong relationships with customers, team members, and partners.
• Mentor less experienced technicians.
