Job summary

Eaton Corporation is seeking a Senior Field Service Representative for the Houston area, covering Houston and Beaumont districts. The role involves installing, testing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing electrical switchgear systems at industrial and commercial sites.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or higher with experience testing, troubleshooting and servicing electrical systems.
• Associate degree or higher in engineering or related field preferred.
• Willingness to travel and work in field environments across Houston/Beaumont district.

Responsibilities

• Support customers across the power system lifecycle: startup, commissioning, maintenance, testing, troubleshooting, upgrades, and emergencies.
• Manage small projects independently and lead field service teams on larger projects.
• Generate timely and accurate service reports and recommend improvements for electrical systems.
• Mentor less experienced technicians and use digital tools for remote work (laptops, tablets, MS Teams).
