Industrial Electric Mfg. (IEM) in the United States seeks a Field Service Technician Level III to perform advanced start-up, commissioning, installation, testing, and repair of IEM equipment at customer sites.

You will resolve complex issues, support critical customer engagements, and mentor Level I/II technicians. You will coordinate with Project Managers, Field Service leadership, and manufacturing teams while documenting actions and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent in power distribution systems preferred.
• 3+ years of related electrical/field service experience preferred.
• Ability to read wiring diagrams and technical drawings.

Responsabilités

• Independently perform advanced start-up, commissioning, testing, troubleshooting, service, and repair of IEM equipment.
• Install, inspect, and support electrical or mechanical components and subassemblies.
• Lead or support complex field service activities for high-priority issues.
• Attend project meetings and coordinate with internal teams and clients.
• Analyze failures, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions.
• Troubleshoot electrical circuits, control wiring, and networking equipment.
• Document service activities, root causes, actions, and follow-up items.
• Provide technical guidance and training to Level I and II technicians.
