Job summary

Industrial Electric Mfg. (IEM) is seeking a Field Service Technician Level III to perform advanced start-up, commissioning, and troubleshooting of electrical distribution systems. The role requires in-depth technical knowledge and offers opportunities to mentor junior technicians.

Ideal candidates will have at least 3 years of relevant experience, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently. This position includes up to 75% travel to various job sites while ensuring excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3+ years of related electrical, mechanical, or field service experience preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical wiring diagrams and schematics.
• Demonstrated ability to independently troubleshoot complex electrical issues.

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced start‑up, commissioning, installation, testing, troubleshooting, and repair of IEM equipment.
• Analyze system failures and identify root causes for complex technical issues.
• Provide mentoring and technical guidance to Level I and Level II technicians.
