Job summary

Supermicro is seeking a Sr. Service Technician to perform fieldwork at customer sites and resolve server systems. This role is a key part of post-sales support and requires practical server hardware skills and strong customer communication.

You will work in data center environments, travel as needed, and collaborate with engineers and account managers. The position offers on-site field repairs and opportunities for training and certification.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years in hardware repair/troubleshooting.
• Hands-on server experience (Supermicro, EMC, Dell, HP) preferred.
• Able to travel up to 15 days per year.
• Must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site field repairs at customer facilities.
