Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in CS/CE/EE or equivalent work experience preferred.
1+ years’ experience in enterprise data center operations.
1+ years’ experience with server, storage, compute and network hardware.
1+ years’ experience troubleshooting and repairing servers and networking infrastructure.
1+ years’ experience in inventory management and shipping server and network equipment.

Responsibilities

Perform onsite and remote troubleshooting of complex Supermicro systems in enterprise data center environments.
Diagnose and resolve hardware issues involving GPUs, CPUs, memory, NVMe, NICs, and interconnects.
Coordinate RMA processes and spare parts logistics.
Manage and resolve service tickets using Salesforce or similar ticketing systems.
Travel to customer data centers to support deployments, perform break-fix activities, and train team members (up to 20%).
