Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/CE/EE or equivalent work experience preferred.
• 1+ years’ experience in enterprise data center operations.
• 1+ years’ experience with server, storage, compute and network hardware.
• 1+ years’ experience troubleshooting and repairing servers and networking infrastructure.
• 1+ years’ experience in inventory management and shipping server and network equipment.

Responsibilities

• Perform onsite and remote troubleshooting of complex Supermicro systems in enterprise data center environments.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware issues involving GPUs, CPUs, memory, NVMe, NICs, and interconnects.
• Coordinate RMA processes and spare parts logistics.
• Manage and resolve service tickets using Salesforce or similar ticketing systems.
• Travel to customer data centers to support deployments, perform break-fix activities, and train team members (up to 20%).
