You will operate and troubleshoot compressor packages, gas processes, and rentals, mentoring junior staff as needed while ensuring equipment availability and safety compliance. The role requires advanced electrical and mechanical skills, a high school diploma (SSE and relevant certifications preferred), and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 5+ years in compression/field technician roles preferred.
• Advanced electrical troubleshooting skills.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable MVR.

Responsibilities

• Directs, coordinates, and performs job activities in line with Kodiak's goals.
• Troubleshoot complex repairs and major equipment overhauls.
• Provide 24/7 coverage and on-call rotations.
• Mentor and lead field staff when needed.
• Maintain and keep units clean and presentable.
