Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Preferred: OEM, trade school, or 2+ years related field experience.
• Completion of Kodiak SSE program; 1-2 years in entry-level field technician role.
• 3+ years compression/production equipment experience or training.
• Electrical troubleshooting skills.

Responsibilities

• Directs, coordinates, and performs job activities per Kodiak procedures.
• Troubleshoot complex repairs and major equipment overhauls.
• Builds and maintains customer relationships.
• Analyzes job parts and inventory with Supply Chain.
• Maintains 98%+ mechanical availability of equipment.
• Attends HSE meetings and follows protocols.
• Maintains assigned units clean and presentable.
• Completes required reports per area procedures.
• Provides 24/7 coverage; on-call rotations.
• Overtime and on-call duties as needed.
