Kodiak Gas Services is seeking an Intermediate Field Service Technician to operate compressor packages, gas processes, and rental equipment. This role requires troubleshooting, backfilling, and collaborating with Supply Chain to ensure parts availability, while maintaining high equipment availability.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma, 3+ years in compression/field service, and strong mechanical aptitude. Expect site-based work with potential overtime and on-call duties.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• SSE program completion preferred.
• 3+ years related experience in compression/field tech
• Advanced knowledge of compressor packages and systems
• Reading/writing/speaking English proficient.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable MVR.

Responsabilidades

• Direct and coordinate job activities per Kodiak procedures.
• Troubleshoot complex repairs and major equipment overhauls.
• Build and maintain customer relationships.
• Analyze parts and inventory to ensure adequate stock for jobs.
• Maintain 98%+ mechanical availability of equipment.
• Attend and participate in HSE meetings and adhere to protocols.
• Provide 24/7 coverage and participate in on-call rotations.
• Complete required reports per operating procedures.
