Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 3+ years of compression process, production, and equipment related experience and/or training.
• SSE program completion and 1-2 years in an entry level Field Technician role.
• Electrical troubleshooting skills.
• Advanced knowledge of compressor packages and motor compressors (Waukesha, Ariel, Caterpillar, etc.).
• Working knowledge of HSE procedures and regulations.
• Valid Driver’s License with acceptable Motor Vehicle Record.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Physical ability to lift at least 10 lbs frequently and >50 lbs infrequently.
• Ability to work in high noise, outdoor, and hazardous environments.
• Ability to climb ladders/stairs, stoop, kneel, crouch, and crawl in confined spaces.
• Must wear all required PPE.
• Ability to work overtime, weekends, holidays, and participate in on-call rotations.
