Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 5+ years in compression/process/related field experience preferred.
• OEM/Trade School experience preferred.
• Deep knowledge of gas processes and compressor mechanics (Waukesha, Ariel, Caterpillar).
• Advanced Electrical Troubleshooting skills required.

Responsibilities

• Operate one or more compression jobs with responsibility for compressor packages and gas processes.
• Troubleshoot complex repairs and major equipment overhauls.
• Backfill lead and mentor peers as needed.
• Maintain 98%+ mechanical availability of equipment.
• Provide input for area budgeting and planning.
