Job summary
Canon Solutions America in Buffalo, NY is seeking a seasoned Field Service Technician IV to deliver expert on-site support for Canon equipment. You will diagnose mechanical, software, and network issues, perform repairs to Canon standards, and maintain detailed service reports for internal and customer use.

Qualifications
- 4–6 years of related field service experience.
- Associate degree preferred.
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel.
- Able to work 24/7 shift rotations.
- Must pass security clearances.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose mechanical, software, network, and system failures using established procedures.
- Service and repair designated equipment to Canon standards and specifications.
- Prepare reports for analysis of product failure trends and serviceability issues with necessary documentation.
- Provide efficient, responsive field/shop/on-site maintenance to meet customer demands.
- Diligently maintain Field Service Reports, Expense Reports, and Canon property; mentor less senior engineers.
- Provide solutions for escalated technical and/or customer service-related problem areas.
