Qualifications

• Able to read and speak with comprehension and write documents in English.

• Experience with basic algebra/geometry and data interpretation.

Responsibilities

• Plans and coordinates installation activities and resolves customer technical issues.
• Travels to customer sites to diagnose and repair equipment.
• Replaces defective parts and ensures equipment operates per specifications.
• Performs preventive maintenance and coordinates with support teams to expedite repairs.
• Maintains records and communicates effectively with customers.
