Job summary

Vertiv is looking for a System Specialist to lead service support for high-profile installations within the Precision Cooling Products sector. This role requires a minimum of 10 years of relevant industry experience and strong HVAC knowledge, including an EPA 608 refrigerant license.

As the Specialist, you will manage customer relationships, oversee project startups, and provide technical support. Candidates should be reliable team players with excellent communication skills and the ability to work in emergencies.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years relevant industry experience or 6 years military experience and 5 years Liebert product experience.
• Ability to work independently and manage stressful situations.
• Excellent time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for high-profile orders and service support.
• Support startup and commissioning activities for assigned projects.
• Render site and phone assistance to customers.
