Job summary

Enerflex Ltd. seeks a Senior Field Service Rotator to perform advanced maintenance, installation, and overhaul work on gas compressor packages in the field.

The role requires leading junior technicians, diagnosing complex failures, and executing equipment commissioning with minimal supervision. Candidates must hold CAT/Waukesha certifications and have 10+ years of relevant experience, with travel and on-call duties as required.

Qualifications

• 10+ years applicable experience.
• Must have proof of certification from CAT/ Waukesha (or equivalent) to: CAT Gas I, CAT Gas II, CAT Electrical, Ariel Basic, Ariel Mechanical, CAT 3500 ADEM III, CAT 3500 ULB, Waukesha VHP, CAT 3600 ADEM III, CAT 3600 Master Mechanic, CAT Failure Analysis, Waukesha 9390.

Responsibilities

• Lead and complete, accurate, and timely rebuilds/overhauls of compressors, engines and controls on gas compressor packages in the field in adverse conditions with no supervision.
• Independently diagnose engine/compressor failures and perform advanced troubleshooting of electrical systems and unit control panels (Murphy, Altronic, Allen Bradley).
• Independently lead installation of new units including commissioning and start-up inspections with no supervision.
• Provide leadership and training to junior Field Technicians and coordinate job activities to meet project goals and objectives.
• Submit accurate field service reports, expense reports, and timesheets daily.
