Job summary

Enerflex Ltd is seeking a Sr. Field Service Rotator to perform advanced maintenance, installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting of gas compression packages in the field. You will supervise junior technicians, diagnose engine and compressor failures, and lead critical rebuilds under minimal supervision.

The role requires extensive hands-on experience, OEM certification maintenance, and the ability to work on-site at end-user locations while complying with health and safety standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with advanced vocational/technical training.
• 10+ years of applicable experience.
• Must have proof of CAT/Waukesha certifications or equivalent, including CAT Gas I/II, CAT Electrical, Ariel Basic/Mechanical, CAT 3500 ADEM III, 3600 ADEM III, 3600 Master Mechanic, and similar.
• Must stay current on updated OEM model specific training.
• Ability to provide preventive and corrective field mechanical service on refrigeration/ process systems on site.

Responsibilities

• Represent Enerflex professionally and provide outstanding customer service.
• Submit accurate field service reports, expense reports, and timesheets daily.
• Lead and train junior Field Technicians; provide diagnostics and repairs.
• Independently lead installation, commissioning, and start-up inspections.
• Perform advanced troubleshooting of electrical systems and control panels.
• Respond to emergencies and on-call rotations; ensure safety and regulatory compliance.
