Job summary

Enerflex Ltd in Williston, ND is seeking a Sr. Field Service Rotator to perform advanced maintenance, installation, and overhaul of gas compressor packages in the field, with limited supervision.

You will lead technicians, diagnose engine/compressor failures, and handle start-up inspections while adhering to safety policies and an on-call rotation. Excellent troubleshooting and mentoring skills are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with advanced technical training.
• 10+ years applicable field experience.
• Proof of CAT/Waukesha certifications listed above.
• Up-to-date OEM model-specific training.

Responsibilities

• Lead and perform rebuilds/overhauls of compressors, engines, and controls in the field.
• Troubleshoot advanced engine and electrical control systems.
• Install, commission and start-up new units with minimal supervision.
• Train and mentor junior field technicians and coordinate job activities.
