Job summary

Enerflex Ltd. is seeking a Sr. Field Service Rotator to perform advanced maintenance, troubleshooting, installation, and commissioning on gas compressor packages in the Houston area. You will mentor junior technicians, lead rebuilds, and ensure safety and quality across field operations.

The role requires extensive experience with CAT/Waukesha equipment, and the ability to work independently in challenging environments with on-call rotations.

Qualifications

Ten or more years of relevant field experience.
Proof of CAT/Waukesha certifications (CAT Gas I/II, CAT Electrical, Waukesha VHP, etc.).
Ability to independently perform maintenance, installation, commissioning and repairs.

Responsibilities

Lead field service tasks on gas compression packages in the field.
Perform rebuilds/overhauls of compressors, engines and controls with minimal supervision.
Troubleshoot electrical systems and unit control panels.
Install new units and conduct commissioning/start-up inspections.
Provide advanced diagnostic support and on-site training to newer technicians.
