Job summary

Honeywell International Inc. is seeking a Service Business Leader to oversee field service operations for a multi-site portfolio in the northeast U.S. with a hybrid work setup from a home site.

The role focuses on driving customer satisfaction, operational excellence, and business growth by leading field service teams, managing contracts, and delivering strong financial performance. You will report to the General Manager and work with sales, operations, finance, and engineering to meet KPI/SLA

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years leading field service, facilities management, building or industrial services.
• Minimum 3 years managing managers and 50+ employees.
• Direct ownership of P&L and operating budget of at least $12M annually.
• Direct responsibility for multi-tier service contracts valued at $12M+ yearly.
• Experience with contracts that have KPI/SLA guarantees.
• Experience supporting large facilities or critical infrastructure environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-site field service and facilities operations for large facilities and critical infrastructure.
• Own contract execution, customer satisfaction, and operational performance.
• Manage P&L including revenue, margin, and forecasting.
• Lead managers and field teams to ensure safe, efficient service delivery.
• Maintain executive relationships and ensure KPI/SLA commitments.
• Drive continuous improvement to boost productivity and customer outcomes.
• Partner with sales, operations, finance, engineering and customers to grow the business.
• Monitor performance metrics and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with policies, obligations, and regulatory requirements.
• Manage risks across service portfolios and mitigate impacts on relationships and finances.
