Honeywell Technologies is seeking a Service Business Leader to oversee our Field Service teams, driving customer satisfaction and business growth. The role is hybrid with a home site in the northeast US, reporting to the General Manager, and focusing on strategic and financial performance across complex service environments.

You will lead multiple teams, manage contracts and KPIs, and partner with sales, finance, and engineering to deliver value for large facilities and critical infrastructure.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 5 years leading field service or related operations.
• Minimum 3 years managing managers and 50+ employees.
• P&L ownership of at least $12M annually.
• Direct responsibility for multi-tier service contracts valued at $12M+ annually.
• Experience with KPI/SLA performance guarantees.
• 5+ years supporting large facilities, power plants, or critical infrastructure.

Aufgaben

• Lead multi-site field service and facilities operations for large facilities.
• Own contract execution, customer satisfaction, and operational performance.
• Manage P&L including revenue, margin, operating income, forecasting and productivity metrics.
• Lead managers and field service teams to ensure safe, efficient, and compliant delivery.
• Maintain executive-level customer relationships and KPI/SLA commitments.
• Drive continuous improvement to boost productivity and efficiency.
• Partner with sales, operations, finance, engineering, and customers to support growth.
• Monitor performance metrics and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with policies, contracts, and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor risks and implement mitigation strategies.
