Job summary

Honeywell Technologies seeks a Service Business Leader to oversee field service operations across multiple sites in the northeast. You will report to the General Manager from your home site in a hybrid setup and drive customer satisfaction, operational excellence, and growth.

You will manage P&L, budgets, and strategic contracts, lead managers and teams, and build strong relationships with executive stakeholders to meet KPI/SLA commitments.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience leading field service, facilities management, building services, industrial services, or technical service operations.
• Minimum 3 years of experience managing managers and leading a diverse workforce of 50+ employees.
• Direct ownership of a P&L and operating budget of at least $12 million annually.
• Direct responsibility for managing multi-tier service contracts valued at $12 million+ annually.
• Experience managing contracts with defined KPI or SLA performance guarantees.
• Experience supporting large facilities, power plants, boiler plants, chiller plants, or critical infrastructure environments.
• Experience managing executive-level customer relationships tied to large service contracts.

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-site field service and facilities operations for large facilities and critical infrastructure.
• Own contract execution, customer satisfaction, and operational performance for complex service portfolios.
• Manage P&L, revenue, margins, forecasts, and productivity metrics.
• Lead managers, supervisors, and field service teams to ensure safe and compliant delivery.
• Maintain executive-level customer relationships and achieve KPI/SLA commitments.
• Drive continuous improvement to improve productivity and outcomes.
• Collaborate with sales, operations, finance, engineering, and customers to support growth.
• Monitor performance metrics and implement corrective actions as needed.
