Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 5-8+ years of experience in field service coordination, operations administration, billing, timekeeping, logistics, procurement support, or a related business function.
• Experience with an ERP, field service management, timekeeping, billing, or purchasing system and the ability to learn D365 Field Service workflows.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills to coordinate stakeholders, priorities, and deadlines.
• Ability to support occasional schedule changes or urgent operational needs outside standard hours.
• Demonstrated ability to resolve complex administrative process issues and to improve workflows, controls, reporting, or training.

Responsibilities

• Lead validation and resolution of complex or escalated technician time and billing discrepancies.
• Review D365 and source docs to identify revenue-capture gaps or control weaknesses.
• Establish control checks and documentation standards to improve traceability and invoice readiness.
• Serve as senior escalation point for billing questions within scope.
• Coordinate complex service activities involving technician availability, travel, and schedules.
• Resolve scheduling and logistics conflicts by clarifying dependencies and escalation needs.
• Maintain consolidated status visibility for leadership and communicate risks to service delivery.
• Guide Coordinators I and II on planning, follow-up, and escalation.
