Job summary

Wellbore Integrity Solutions LLC, headquartered in Houston, is seeking a Senior Billing Analyst to oversee complex billing operations, support revenue recognition, and drive process improvements. You will liaise with Finance, Sales, Operations, and customers to ensure accuracy, policy compliance, and timely invoicing.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in billing, strong Excel and ERP tools experience, and excellent communication skills to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced oilfield

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business administration or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in billing, accounts receivable, revenue operations, finance, or accounting.
• Strong understanding of billing processes, contract interpretation and financial controls.
• Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables and lookups.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end billing for assigned customers, contracts or units.
• Review complex invoicing for accuracy and contractual compliance.
• Monitor billing cycles to support cash flow objectives.
• Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies and customer inquiries.
• Support month-end/quarter-end close with reconciliations and reports.
• Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Finance on billing policies.
