Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 5+ years in a mailroom or professional office environment.
• Experience assisting other field service reps as needed.
• Thorough knowledge of shipping procedures.
• Proficient in common computer skills and office equipment operation.

Responsibilities

• Ensure customer satisfaction through proactive problem identification and relationship building.
• Receive, sort, and deliver mail and packages to assigned floors within deadlines.
• Prepare outgoing inter-office pouches and shipments (FedEx, UPS) with logs and accuracy.
• Organize supplies, log orders upon delivery, and monitor inventory.
• Perform routine copy, faxing, scanning, and document handling tasks.
