INSPYR Solutions in Chantilly, VA is seeking an Enterprise Field Service Manager to lead regional deployment teams on Motorola DMR and Public Safety DAS/BDA ERCES projects at enterprise facilities. The role oversees field crews, conducts site walks, kickoff meetings, and ensures safety and QA/QC, delivering projects on time.

This senior, travel-intensive leadership role requires about 80% regional travel with possible national travel.

Qualifications

7+ years in low-voltage construction and field operations.
3+ years supervising deployment teams.
Experience overseeing Motorola DMR system installations.
Familiar with NFPA 1221 and AHJ inspection processes.
OSHA 30 Construction certification required.
BICSI or equivalent DAS cabling certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

Pre-Site Walks & Readiness: conduct pre-install surveys and prepare deployment crews.
On-Site Kickoff Meetings: lead kickoff, align scope, safety expectations.
Multi-Crew Oversight: coordinate schedules and resources across crews.
QA/QC Inspections: perform QA/QC on DAS/BDA and Motorola infrastructure.
FATP & Commissioning: oversee FATP for Motorola DMR and ERCES systems.
Safety Leadership: enforce OSHA and NFPA standards; daily briefings.
Team Development: coach crews and foster accountability.
Customer Engagement: communicate status and manage expectations.
Licensing & Permitting: manage local permits and AHJ coordination.
Documentation & Reporting: maintain as-built docs and reports.
Budget & Cost Control: monitor costs and support billing.
Branch Support: provide leadership to branch field teams as needed.
