Job summary

BearCom is seeking an Enterprise Field Service Manager – Construction to lead regional deployment crews for Motorola DMR and ERCES systems. You will oversee pre-site walks, kickoff meetings, QA/QC, and FATP across multiple enterprise facilities, ensuring safety, quality, and timely delivery.

Ideal candidate has 7+ years in low-voltage construction with supervisory roles, and holds LV license and R-56; BICSI certification is a plus. Travel up to 80% nationwide.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in low-voltage construction and field ops with supervisory experience.
• Experience overseeing Motorola DMR system installations (CapMAX/LCP).
• Public Safety DAS/BDA ERCES installations knowledge with AHJ processes.
• Proven ability to lead field crews across dispersed sites.
• Licenses/certifications: LV license and R-56 preferred; BICSI a plus.
• Understanding of NFPA codes and reading RF drawings and blueprints.

Responsibilities

• Pre-site walks to assess readiness and plan deployment crews.
• Lead on-site kickoff meetings; set scope, safety expectations, daily objectives.
• Coordinate multiple deployment crews; manage schedules and resources.
• Perform QA/QC inspections on DAS/BDA and DMR infrastructure.
• Oversee FATP for Motorola DMR and ERCES commissioning.
• Enforce safety standards; lead daily safety briefings and incident prevention.
• Develop teams; coach, mentor, and foster accountability and collaboration.
• Engage with customers; communicate status and resolve issues quickly.
