Job summary

INSPYR Solutions is seeking an Enterprise Field Service Manager - Construction to lead deployment teams across a regional territory, including large‑scale Motorola DMR and public safety systems. The position requires 7+ years in low-voltage construction, 3+ years in supervision, OSHA 30, and strong RF/permits expertise.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of low-voltage construction and field operations experience.
• 3+ years of supervisory or field leadership experience.
• Experience deploying Motorola DMR systems, including CapMAX and/or LCP infrastructure.
• Strong Public Safety DAS/BDA/ERCES experience.
• OSHA 30 Construction Certification.
• Strong understanding of permitting processes, fire codes, and inspection requirements.
• Ability to read technical construction and RF design documentation.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and project reporting tools.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Lead project leadership and deployment management across multiple crews.
• Conduct pre-installation site walks and readiness assessments.
• Coordinate deployment crews across concurrent projects and manage schedules/resources.
• Ensure safety, quality, and on-time project delivery.
• Oversee QA/QC inspections and system commissioning per FATP.
• Maintain documentation, closeout procedures, and reporting.
