Job summary

BearCom is building a dedicated Enterprise Travel Service Team to support deployment of Motorola DMR Critical Communication systems at enterprise facilities. The Enterprise Field Service Manager – Construction leads multiple deployment crews, validates site readiness, conducts pre-site walks, and ensures safety and quality on every project.

This senior, travel-heavy role requires 80% regional travel with occasional national deployment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of low-voltage construction and field operations experience including supervision.
• Demonstrated oversight of Motorola DMR system installations (CapMAX/LCP).
• Strong background in Public Safety DAS/BDA ERCES installations and AHJ processes.
• Ability to lead dispersed field crews and manage site readiness and safety.

Responsibilities

• Pre-site walks to assess readiness and plan deployment across multiple crews.
• Lead on-site kickoff meetings, communicate scope and safety expectations.
• Oversee multiple deployment crews, coordinate schedules and resources.
• Perform QA/QC inspections on DAS/BDA, Motorola DMR infrastructure, and antenna systems.
• Oversee FATP and commissioning to meet design specs and AHJ requirements.
• Enforce safety standards and coach team members for continuous improvement.
• Engage with enterprise customers, manage expectations and resolve issues.
• Coordinate licensing and permitting with AHJ and fire marshal where required.
• Maintain documentation, reports, and close-out packages.
• Monitor costs and support billing processes and values.
