Job summary

INSPYR Solutions in San Francisco is seeking an experienced Enterprise Field Service Manager – Construction to oversee wireless deployment across enterprise facilities. You will lead multiple field installation crews responsible for Motorola DMR systems, including LCP and CapMAX platforms, and Public Safety DAS/BDA ERCES projects.

The role requires strong leadership, construction and field-operations know-how, and a willingness to travel up to 80% regionally with occasional national travel.

Qualifications

• Experience managing field installation crews in wireless communications or related infrastructure.
• Strong knowledge of Motorola DMR systems (LCP/CapMAX).
• Experience with Public Safety DAS/BDA and ERCES systems.
• Understanding of RF infrastructure, antennas, cabling, and field equipment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple field installation crews across regional enterprise construction projects, ensuring safety, on-time delivery, and budget adherence.
• Conduct pre-install surveys to assess site readiness and challenges.
• Lead on-site kickoff meetings reviewing scope, schedules, safety, and crew roles.
• Manage installation and commissioning of Motorola DMR systems and Public Safety DAS/BDA ERCES systems.
• Perform QA/QC inspections of wireless infrastructure and related equipment.
• Coordinate FATP, system commissioning, and regulatory compliance.
