INSPYR Solutions seeks an Enterprise Field Service Manager - Construction to lead multi-site deployments of Motorola DMR infrastructure across enterprise environments in the Seattle/Redmond region. The role requires 80% travel and a strong background in low-voltage construction, supervision, and field operations.

You will oversee project leadership, QA/QC, safety, and customer engagement, ensuring on-time delivery, proper documentation, and effective coordination with AHJs and field personnel.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in low-voltage construction and field operations.
• 3+ years in supervisory or field leadership.
• Experience deploying Motorola DMR systems (CapMAX and/or LCP).
• Strong Public Safety DAS/BDA/ERCES experience.
• OSHA 30 Construction Certification.
• Understanding of permitting, fire codes, and inspection requirements.
• Ability to read technical construction and RF design documentation.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project reporting tools.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Responsabilités

• Lead multiple deployment crews across concurrent projects.
• Conduct pre-installation site walks and readiness assessments.
• Manage schedules, resources, priorities, and project execution.
• Ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and on time.
• Perform QA/QC inspections on critical communications and public safety systems.
• Oversee system commissioning and FATP testing.
• Coordinate inspections and AHJ liaison.
• Provide project updates and status reporting.
• Mentor field teams and promote continuous improvement.
• Track labor utilization, project costs, and resource allocation.
