Job summary

INSPYR Solutions in San Francisco seeks an Enterprise Field Service Manager – Construction to supervise wireless system deployments at enterprise facilities. You will lead multiple field crews, ensuring safety, on-time delivery, and quality across Motorola DMR, LCP/CapMAX, and ERCES projects.

The role demands strong construction and field-ops leadership, a readiness for 80% regional travel, and close collaboration with customers, AHJs, and partners.

Qualifications

• Experience leading field installation crews in wireless/telecom environments.
• Strong knowledge of Motorola DMR systems (LCP/CapMAX).
• Experience with Public Safety DAS/BDA ERCES systems.
• Knowledge of RF infrastructure, antennas, cabling, and wireless equipment.
• Experience managing multiple crews or concurrent projects.
• Familiar with system commissioning, FATP/QA inspections.
• Working knowledge of OSHA NFPA IFC and relevant codes.
• Experience coordinating with customers, contractors, and AHJs.
• Strong leadership, organization, communication, and problem-solving.
• Willingness to travel ~80% regionally; occasional national travel.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple regional field installation crews on enterprise construction projects.
• Conduct pre-install surveys to assess site readiness and challenges.
• Lead on-site kickoff meetings reviewing scope, schedules, safety and crew roles.
• Manage installation and commissioning of Motorola DMR, LCP/CapMAX, and ERCES.
• Perform QA/QC inspections of wireless infrastructure and cabling.
• Oversee FATP and system commissioning for design compliance.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, NFPA, IFC, and applicable codes.
• Coordinate schedules, labor, materials, and equipment across teams.
• Serve as primary customer-facing contact during execution.
• Coordinate permitting, AHJ inspections and approvals.
• Maintain project documentation: drawings, field reports, commissioning records.
• Monitor budgets, labor, material costs, and overall performance.
• Coach and develop field technicians and crew leaders.
• Provide technical and operational support to branch field teams.
