Job summary

Xylem is seeking a Senior Field Service Technician to perform field service activities at customer sites, ensuring safety and efficiency. You will troubleshoot systems, perform preventive maintenance, manage parts, and interact with customers across multiple locations.

Ideal candidates have a HS diploma, potential CDL, and 2–5 years of technical experience in process water or related industry. Travel and customer service skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent required or expected.
• Ability to obtain CDL, class A or B with endorsements.
• Experience with electrical, mechanical and diesel systems.
• Proven troubleshooting and customer service skills.
• Capable of working with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Initiate and execute field service activities at customer sites.
• Maintain safe working environment and protect company property.
• Collaborate with teams to resolve issues and improve processes.
• Travel 20%–80% depending on division and location, including overnight stays.
• Communicate clearly with customers and document service activities.
