Job summary

Xylem is seeking a Senior Field Service Technician to lead field service activities at customer sites across our water solutions platforms. You will troubleshoot systems, perform preventative maintenance, and coordinate with customers to ensure safe, reliable operation while managing parts and documentation.

Travel up to 80% may be required; a HS diploma and CDL eligibility are expected, with 2–5 years’ technical experience in industrial water systems.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent.
• Capable of obtaining a CDL, class A or B with endorsements.
• 2 to 5 years of technical work experience in industrial or commercial process water.
• Ability to obtain all required clearances (TWIC, DISA, etc.)
• Clean driving record.
• Willingness to travel 20-80%.

Responsibilities

• Initiate and execute field service activities at customer sites.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and diesel equipment.
• Perform preventative maintenance and manage parts inventory.
• Ensure a safe working environment and compliance with safety policies.
• Coordinate with customers and internal teams across multiple sites.
