Brandeis Machinery and Supply Co. seeks a Leadman to take a lead role in scoping, troubleshooting, and coordinating service jobs. The role includes customer communication, parts liaison, and hands-on inspections with customers and our product support team.

You will travel to job sites, participate in training, and assist in training new technicians. A strong background in heavy equipment and fault diagnosis is essential for success in this position.

Qualifikationen

• Must have a High School Diploma or equivalent; a 2-year technical degree or comparable military training preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in the heavy equipment industry or related field.
• Excellent written and oral communication and basic math skills.
• Proficient with a computer, including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc., and diagnostic software.

Aufgaben

• Lead role including job scoping, troubleshooting, and communication with customers and internal personnel.
• Perform hands-on inspections of machines with customers and our product support personnel when required.
• Travel to customer job sites to troubleshoot machine problems; attend manufacturer training as needed.
• Assist in training of new technicians and complete projects as assigned by the branch or regional manager.
