Job summary

Boston Dynamics is seeking a Senior Field Service Engineer to support our North American customers with in-field installation, maintenance, and repair of warehouse robotics systems. You will collaborate across Sales, Engineering, and Service Operations to deliver rapid, customer-focused solutions at customer sites.

The ideal candidate has strong field service experience, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in meeting service metrics.

Qualifications

• Prior experience delivering high quality field service.
• Experience with highly specialized platform technology.
• Customer management and communication skills.
• Track record of achieving successful support outcomes using metrics such as response and resolution times.

Responsibilities

• Perform emergency repairs, installations, site integrations, routine maintenance, and general technical service for western regional customers.
• Collaborate with Sales, Engineering, and Service Operations to drive technical solutions and resolve issues quickly.
• Ensure CSAT and first-time-fix metrics through effective issue resolution and timely service administration in CRM.
• Travel up to 80% of the time, predominantly in California.
