Job summary

Boston Dynamics is seeking a Field Service Engineer to support our advanced robotics at customer sites. The role requires independence, strong technical skills, and a high travel tolerance as you travel to customer worksites to deliver end-to-end service and support.

You will collaborate with Sales, Engineering, and Service Operations to implement solutions, repair equipment, and ensure customer satisfaction through timely, effective service.

Qualifications

• Proven field service experience delivering repairs, installations, and maintenance for complex equipment.
• Strong mechanical aptitude with ability to diagnose and fix hardware issues.
• Ability to read wiring diagrams and schematics to troubleshoot systems.
• Excellent customer communication and relationship management in high-pressure environments.
• Experience with CRM systems and documenting service activities clearly.

Responsibilities

• Perform emergency repairs, installations, site integrations, routine maintenance, and general technical service and support at customer worksites.
• Collaborate with Sales, Engineering, and Service Operations to implement technical solutions and resolve issues quickly.
• Maintain high CSAT, minimize response and first-time-fix times through proactive service.
• Document service activities promptly in CRM and ensure accurate records.
