Boston Dynamics is seeking a Field Service Engineer to support Stretch Robotics at customer worksites, delivering end-to-end customer-driven solutions with independence, strong technical capability, and a high attention to detail.

Day-to-day activities include emergency repairs, installations, site integrations, routine maintenance, and service support; you will collaborate with Sales, Engineering and Service Operations to resolve issues quickly, ensure CSAT targets, and accurately complete CRM

Qualifications

Experience delivering high quality field service on complex platforms.
Strong customer communication and issue-resolution skills.
Experience performing repairs/maintenance on mechanical equipment and using power tools.

Responsibilities

Perform emergency repairs, installations, site integrations, routine maintenance, and general technical service and support for customers.
Collaborate with Sales, Engineering, and Service Operations to drive technical solutions and resolve issues quickly.
Ensure world-class support outcomes including CSAT, issue resolution time, and first-time fix metrics.
Document and complete service administration activities promptly in the CRM.
