Job summary

Boston Dynamics, Inc. in Waltham, MA seeks a Staff Field Application Engineer to drive enterprise robotics integration for strategic accounts, merging deep technical leadership with practical GTM approaches to scale robotic solutions across global sites.

You will collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Global Support & Services, and Product R&D to govern programs, standardize playbooks, and capture field requirements to guide the product roadmap and drive measurable business impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related technical field, or equivalent industry experience.
• 5+ years of professional experience in technology integration, robotics, or complex systems engineering; 3+ years with a Master’s.
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts effectively to engineering teams, operators, and business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex solution architecture for large‑scale, multi‑site integrations.
• Coordinate with Sales, Customer Success, Global Support & Services, and Product R&D to align solutions with business growth.
• Establish and maintain program standards, including SOWs and repeatable playbooks.
• Advise on robotic data integration and operational workflows into enterprise systems.
• Deliver advanced training and measure operational value of robot fleets.
• Translate field feedback into insights for product roadmaps.
• Mentor FAEs and integration teams to improve global integration roadmaps.
