Northstrat Inc. is seeking a CONUS-based Field Service Representative to maintain regional PACOM USSF systems. The role requires installing, repairing, and troubleshooting electronic systems, plus instructor experience for training military hosts as needed.

As a fly-away FSR, you will travel to various locations, including CONUS/OCONUS. Responsibilities include site surveys, hardware installations, troubleshooting, and documenting tasks in Jira.

Competenze

• Top-secret clearance is required.
• Experience installing, repairing and troubleshooting electronic systems.
• Instructor/training experience with military hosts.
• Willingness to travel CONUS/OCONUS and work flexible hours.
• Proficiency with Windows and Linux system administration.
• CompTIA Security+ certification is required.

Mansioni

• Travel 10–15% of the time, including OCONUS locations.
• Perform site surveys, installations, troubleshooting, and PMCS.
• Manage hardware replacements and deployments for deployed systems.
• Provide basic system administration training to operators.
• Escalate hardware issues to leadership and track tasks in Jira.
• Support logistics, asset management, and documentation.
