ALL.SPACE develops software-defined smart satellite terminals to connect across networks, supporting resilient communications for Defense & Space. The Field Service Representative Engineer role focuses on installing, configuring, and commissioning terminals, leading on-site fault diagnosis, and delivering field-service support to ensure mission-critical reliability.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s Eng/STEM degree or equivalent industry or military experience
• Ideally around 5-8 years of SATCOM experience within a field environment supporting military or defense services.
• Good understanding of satellite networks (GEO, MEO, LEO) and satellite modems (e.g., iDirect, Comtech).
• Familiarity with test equipment such as spectrum analyzers, power meters, and network analyzers.
• Experience working with military or DoD stakeholders.
• Security clearance or eligibility to obtain one is required for defense-related projects.

Working at the forefront of Defense & Space, the company helps customers maintain resilient, high-performance connectivity across demanding operational environments.

This role is central to delivering that capability in the field, supporting customers through terminal deployment, technical integration, operational validation, and ongoing service support. As a Field Service Representative (FSR) Engineer, you will play a hands-on role in ensuring ALL.SPACE solutions are installed successfully, perform reliably, and deliver against mission-critical customer expectations.

• Install, configure, and commission ALL.SPACE terminals and associated modem and IP equipment.

QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS

• Bachelor’s Eng/STEM degree or equivalent industry or military experience
• Ideally around 5-8 years of SATCOM experience within a field environment supporting military or defense services.
• Good understanding of satellite networks (GEO, MEO, LEO) and satellite modems (e.g., iDirect, Comtech).
• Familiarity with test equipment such as spectrum analyzers, power meters, and network analyzers.
• Experience working with military or DoD stakeholders.
• Security clearance or eligibility to obtain one is required for defense-related projects.

Additional Notes

• Willingness to travel extensively and work in remote or challenging environments.
• Experience with IP networking, Linux, and RF troubleshooting would be advantageous.
• Military service experience is a plus.
