ALL.SPACE is seeking a Field Service Representative Engineer to install, configure, and commission terminal systems for defense applications across demanding environments in the United States. You will lead on-site fault diagnosis, perform software updates, and document activities for mission-critical deployments.

You have a STEM degree, 8+ years SATCOM field experience, and familiarity with satellite networks and modems. Willingness to travel extensively and work in remote locations is expected.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s Eng/STEM degree or equivalent experience.
• 8 years of SATCOM field experience.
• Strong knowledge of GEO/LEO/MEO and satellite modems (e.g., iDirect, Comtech).
• Familiarity with test equipment such as spectrum analyzers, power meters, and network analyzers.
• Experience working with military or DoD stakeholders; security clearance or eligibility required.

This role is central to delivering that capability in the field, supporting customers through terminal deployment, technical integration, operational validation, and ongoing service support. As a Field Service Representative (FSR) Engineer, you will play a hands-on role in ensuring ALL.SPACE solutions are installed successfully, perform reliably, and deliver against mission-critical customer expectations.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and commission ALL.SPACE terminals and associated modem and IP equipment.
• Lead on-site fault diagnosis and resolution for ALL.SPACE antennas.
• Perform in-field software releases, updates, and routine maintenance.
• Document service activities through installation reports, maintenance logs, and technical issue records.

QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS

• Bachelor’s Eng/STEM degree or equivalent industry or military experience
• 8 years of SATCOM experience within a field environment supporting military or defense services.
• Strong understanding of satellite networks (GEO, MEO, LEO) and satellite modems (e.g., iDirect, Comtech).
• Familiarity with test equipment such as spectrum analyzers, power meters, and network analyzers.
• Experience working with military or DoD stakeholders.
• Security clearance or eligibility to obtain one is required for defense-related projects.

Additional Notes

• Willingness to travel extensively and work in remote or challenging environments.
• Experience with IP networking, Linux, and RF troubleshooting would be advantageous.
• Military service experience is a plus.
