Job summary

Qualifications

• Completed technical vocational training plus at least two years of advanced technical specialization and several years of field service experience.
• Strong communication, problem solving, and self-organization.
• Proficiency in SAP R/3 and Microsoft Office; fluent English.

Responsibilities

• Deliver on-site maintenance, repairs, troubleshooting, upgrades, and remote technical support to ensure rapid issue resolution and high customer satisfaction.
• Improve product reliability by providing technical feedback and sharing field insights with Product Service Specialists and ensuring effective communication across service and business teams.
• Ensure compliance with service processes and documentation standards and support training and knowledge transfer activities.
