Job summary

Edwards Vacuum seeks an Onsite Service Engineer to deliver expert repair services and ensure customer satisfaction while upholding safety standards. Based in Boise, ID, you will support customers with field service across our vacuum technologies.

You will install, service, troubleshoot, and repair systems on site, document activities, and provide recommendations to optimize performance. Strong English communication and customer-facing experience are essential.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of equivalent experience in relevant technical field (electronic, mechanical, chemical, gas, refrigeration, or basic vacuum).
• Prefer customer-facing experience.
• High School Diploma; AS degree preferred or full military equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, service, troubleshoot, and repair various technical systems on site.
• Diagnose issues to prevent equipment downtime.
• Perform installations, ensure safety compliance, and document activities.
• Be the on-site contact, offering service recommendations and addressing customer needs.
