Responsibilities
- Perform installation, commissioning, and qualification of integrated wafer processing tools at customer sites.
- Execute preventive and corrective maintenance on capital equipment to minimize downtime.
- Lead troubleshooting and repair of equipment on-site or via remote support.
- Prepare service reports and documentation for knowledge sharing.
- Mentor junior Field Service Engineers and develop training content.
- Collaborate with engineering and manufacturing for process improvements.
- Process and document work orders and ensure safety compliance.
