Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; associate degree, military experience, or comparable technical training preferred.
• Demonstrated aptitude, initiative, and willingness to learn in a technical service environment.

Responsibilities

• Participate in structured training to develop technical proficiency in preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, laser theory, parts identification, tooling, and installation procedures.
• Assist with on‑site installation, maintenance, and repair activities in accordance with established procedures, safety requirements, and customer expectations.
• Learn to use required service tools, systems, and software, including Windows‑based applications, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft 365, OneDrive, and designated technical analysis tools.
• Research and help resolve hardware and software issues under the guidance of experienced field service personnel.
• Support root cause analysis by gathering data, documenting findings, and contributing to corrective action planning as directed.
• Provide logistics support, including moving parts into position at customer sites, coordinating shipment of parts, and documenting parts identification and replacement activity.
• Maintain training schedules, track on‑the‑job development, and demonstrate continuous improvement in technical capability and job performance.
• Communicate and escalate issues promptly to supervisors or designated team members to support timely problem resolution.
